Coaching, team development, and advisory for leaders in high-stakes environments.

I help executives and HR teams cut through the noise, make better calls under pressure, and build the kind of leadership bench that delivers when the business shifts.

Services

  • Executive Coaching

For first-time execs, leaders in transition, and senior leaders preparing for what's next. Custom engagements built around your actual situation: your team, your business, your moment.

  • Team Development

For leadership teams that need to operate as a team, not a roster of strong individual performers. I design custom workshops and ongoing work around how your business actually runs and what your team is being asked to deliver.

  • Leadership Assessment

Validated assessments that tell you what your leaders can do, where they'll struggle, and where to invest your development dollars. Designed to inform succession, promotion, hiring, and development decisions.

  • Succession Planning

Treat succession like a muscle, not a moment. I help leadership teams build a real pipeline for the roles that matter most—not just the CEO, but every role where the company can't afford a six-month gap.

  • Leadership Development

Workshops and programs that build skills your leaders will use the next day. Custom-designed around your business priorities and the real challenges your leaders are facing right now.

  • HR Consulting

Strategy work for HR and People leaders who need a thinking partner. Spans org design, performance, talent reviews, and the practical projects that move the business forward.

About Me

Reese Haydon, Principal

For the last decade I've worked with leaders, from first-time managers up through the C-suite, inside companies like Salesforce, Dropbox, Cisco, and Uber. I lead workshops, coach individuals and intact teams, and partner with HR leaders on the kind of talent work that actually shifts the business.

My background is in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (MS), I'm certified through the International Coaching Federation (ACC), and I speak regularly at industry conferences on leadership development, succession, executive coaching, and AI's impact on the workforce.

I started Iterative Leadership because the best work I've done has always been iterative — small loops of trying, learning, and adjusting under real conditions. That's the through-line in everything I do.

“The best way to predict your future is to create it.”

Peter Drucker

Tell me about your situation.

Most of my engagements start with a 30-minute conversation. Tell me a bit about what you're working on (the people, the moment you're in, what success looks like) and I'll get back within two business days.
